I was late on returning my book. My account was sent to collections and if I paid the late fee and returned the book they would reimburse me for the fee minus I believe $10. Did all of it and they returned the remaining money. Overall very satisfied!

My response to the supplied question "How satisfied were you with the customer service you received when you contacted directtextbook.com?" because I emailed a request (now moot) and I never got any response. I had selected "buy", but want ted to rent. No big deal. The entire experience was around $7.00. I'm good, and I'll use and recommend directtextbook.com again.
