I received a notification from our online customer satisfaction survey and read your note.
When you originally placed your order on 05/10, you ordered regular manufacturing and regular ground shipping with no additional upgrades.
Our customer service rep Debi emailed you the next morning 5/11, stating manufacturing runs 3 to 5 business days and will ship to Ohio, to please allow 3 additional days for shipping. (Original email thread is below)
We did not receive a response from you or did you notate in the notes section of the online order a special event date, or the option to email/call customer service.
From reviewing this order, we did process in the correct time frame and ship within the 5 business days.
We do apologize it was late for your event and do wish we would have known that.
For a future cardboard order, we can give you 10% off of your order.
