Well the word diamondboxx its just quality for me well built speaker box the sound and bass that the speaker reproduce its nothing but just clear voice no distorcion it all the only thing that i will suggest its that they should give customers and eta approx on when are they are going to send the product i know its hard because they are hand made but at least say 3 weeks or 4 weeks and really customer will be happy waiting for it but when you contact them the return email only says that they will send you and email telling you that they ship it already i got mine within 12 days so i was golden knowing that i was very desperate so get my new speaker box at the end of the day it was worth it buy yes i will just suggest that just to meke things better all do i do live in california too

Qwik and easy, I'm just glad I'm getting my money back after not being overly satisfied with the product...not that it wasn't all they claim it is, cus it is all they claim...it's more my fault because I really wanted 2 more powerful xl2's as I already have 2 loud Bluetooth speakers so this L2 I purchased was to be First of 2 speakers had I approved...but my mistake was buying it instead of the bigger one cus DB claims to b discontinuing XL2's. Now here's my "BEEF", (Brooklyn talk)....On DBs site it's not clear if the XL2 they're advertising comes with the bigger 462 battery...Also if I purchase one rite now, becus I must always have 2 units for TWS...with my luck after the next 6 weeks of putting another 2,000+ together to buy the next one, they won't have anymore...which means I'll b stuck with jus 1...can't have that....also on the cons side...it really bothers me that u can't call and speak to DB live customer service wise...I'm a model railroader and I have over 20,000 in ho gauge trains all computerized. The company's I buy most from r the ones I get to speak with the technicians...from. It's funny I'm a 58 year old guy that has never texted this much to anyone...but since returning the speaker yesterday at the FedEx store u must have sent me this email where I was jus dying to express this to someone as I couldn't tell this to DB live...so it finally came out of me in text anyway..there u have it....
