Product seems great so far. Meets all my needs. Only reason for 3 star is because product arrived with a pretty substantial dent/blemish. Box was intact so it appears the damage was caused prior to the item being boxed.

The PASUB15 was purchased to compliment the existing M3, currently used in my vehicle, as a use-as-needed application, to retain the storage/transport function. The PASUB15 represents a great value compared to the cost of installing a separate amp, subwoofer with enclosure and installation of wiring, and retains the dual function of operating outside the vehicle as needed. While the PASUB15 does provide the low end performance as expected, it lacks the "quality" of the M3 low end response. Next, I will try different orientations of both in the vehicle in hopes that will improve the response. When not in use the rear seats are brought up and the cargo cover hides both from public attention. The SUV cargo cover bar also serves as a brace against PASUB15 forward movement during braking. The bungee cords, using existing tie down rings, combined with some stuffing prevents the units from drifting while driving.

Overall very good experience. The only issue was shipping and handling which is beyond their control. The box and interior showed that it was dropped and holes along the sides indicated mishandling. Yet the unit survived in tack. One minor nit was the AC cord plugging into the unit. It took a little more effort to insert and does not seem to mate properly. I will locate another AC cord and see if that mitigates the issue. Outside of that cord there are no other cables supplied, but that was not a show stopper. Sale price helped to increase the value of the unit.

Great product until Diamond box sent me out a defective sub. When I emailed them about it, they told me I had to pay to send it back cost me almost $200. Then when I question it, they told me I should’ve been issued a RMA too late. I already sent it back.
