My experience with the purchase was easy, uncomplicated. Expectations for the delivery date were set as well. For the item purchased, a queen bunk bed with trundle, it required assembly as no parts were together. While I paid for white glove service for the set up of the bed, only one person was sent to deliver and assemble the bed. The manufacturer's instructions even state that two people are required. While I did not mind assisting the delivery person with the assembly, two people should have been sent as part of the white glove service.
