Found what I wanted. Like the free shipping and coupon codes available, but your system did not apply the coupon correctly. I should have received $30 off, but it only took $25 off. I'd like someone to call and correct that for me! You'd have received a 5 star rating if that had not happened!

That's the reason, and I am only typing this additional text because you require me to use a pre-determined number of characters in order to prove I am an actual customer. I *love* the Pawleys Island hammock. I had one for about 15 years and it was time to replace it. Got a good price from dfohome and the hammock was delivered within the week. Too cold to use it outside yet, but I put it up on a stand in the basement to check it out. Almost couldn't get out of the hammock because it was SO comfortable!! Can't wait for warmer weather!

Our beautiful hammock and tree straps arrived very quickly. We love the color, quality of construction and comfort of the hammock. We thought we were missing the tree straps and when we contacted customer service they were quick to respond and to offer to provide replacement tree straps at no cost.
