I love this protein powder. I use it in my coffee in the morning for a protein start (taste like a cinnamon latte) or add pumpkin spice creamor (sugar free) and it turns into a pumpkin spice latte. All with good ingredients, protein and lower sugar. This is also great with the devotion pumpkin loaves that you can make with this powder (see their blog for receipe)
