I saw Clare Morrow promoting these on her channel as a low calorie sugar substitute, so I decided to give them a try. I think they are pretty good, but I wish the flavors were a little more potent. I like that they are not too sweet and don’t upset my stomach. My favorites so far are the Boston cream, Monster cookie and the Banana flavor.

These are great to put in coffee or oatmeal. I find some of the flavors to be a bit too sweet, but that’s just personal preference. I will continue to buy the individual flavors after I’m done with the variety.
