I’m very disappointed with the representatives that “helped” me and the shipping process. I paid extra for priority shipping, and the label was created and it sat there for three days before being shipped. They did nothing for me to help me, and didn’t even credit me back the priority shipping fee, when it definitely wasn’t priority speed. I was very disappointed with the business. I don’t plan to order again after how I was treated during this process.

My experience was AWFUL. I don't think it was right how I was treated and even though I did like the products when they finally arrived, I don't plan to order again after how I was treated. I contacted support several times to figure out what was going on with my package that I paid extra for. One person straight up lied to me, which contradicted what another representative told me. I did not get priority speed shipping and I paid for it. It was very disheartening to see how poorly I was treated. I have a lot of followers in the Bariatric community and plan to tell them how this company works, because I'm so disappointed by this. I would have continued to order but not from a business with poor values like this.
