Product looks great. Ordering was easy. Communication was not the best. I did not receive the initial notification of acknowledgement for the order. I had to call into customer service to ask the status and the delivery took an unusually long time. In fact, I ordered an item from Wayfair an hour after I ordered my product through you and the Wayfair product arrived over a week before receiving yours. I had three delivery dates from FEDEx causing me to take off from work on three days (which is not your fault) but it was almost two weeks before my product shipped from your warehouse.

Construction is good, but the painting not so much. Painting was sprayed & did not hit everywhere it was supposed to, a little more sanding would have been nice. The price was great, so I guess you get what you pay for.
