It would be helpful if the site would not "fulfill " your order if there is not enough stock. So if there is low stock, the particular pattern should not let you add 4 rolls to your cart. I would not have paid for a sample had I known I could not get the paper. What good is having a sample if you can't get it?

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! I PAID 45.00 FOR a tiny sample square? I thought it would have at least been an 18" x 18" piece. You should be ashamed and refund me at least half since shipping didn't cost that much.

Second round of ordering, after being told on website that vendor had our order IN STOCK. 2 days later, we're informed it's NOT in stock. whats so difficult about having accurate info on the website when people order. If you can't accurately state what's in stock, then just leave that type of info OFF the website.

I paid $446.19 to decorators best for Schumacher Featherfest Wallpaper. I can see that my credit card was charged but then later received an invoice form Schumacher directly charging me $297 for the same purchase. I'm very disappointed at the mix-up but more disappointed to know that I over-paid by $150.00 for the same product.

I ordered samples on around April 25th to see which fabrics worked the best with my bedroom. It is now May 10th, and I have not received all of them. The 6 main samples have not even shipped. I have emailed in, but have not gotten a response either. Since this is my first time ordering with you, its slightly disappointing.

While the representatives I dealt with were lovely and courteous the fact of the matter is that your estimator steered me wrong. Now I’m left 2 lengths short. I measured exactly but it wasn’t enough wallpaper for my project. When I called about it I found out that your representative has no authority to send me a single roll. So I’m left having to pay for an un-needed roll and $25.00 for the shipping. Outrageous. Please correct this.

Thank you for your feedback! Our estimator is used to give you an idea of how many rolls to order. We're sorry that you fell short with it and you had to buy 2 single rolls. The wallpaper on your order is priced per single roll and packaged as a double so unfortunately, the brand can't cut into them and send you a single roll.

This product looks nothing like the picture. The colors are not even close to being the same. The fabric I received was light blue and yellow. I wrote to customer service asking to return this and receive a refund. I have not heard back from anyone. The fabric is this photo appears to be a darker fabric that is multi colored. Not light blue and yellow/gold.

I could not get a sample when I requested one on the phone so I ordered one yard to evaluate the quality of the fabric.It is ridiculous to charge $25 for shipping one yard. This makes purchasing from you USER UNFRIENDLY, and very disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback. Samples are available for purchase online with the exception of Fabricut & Pindler brands. All fabric orders, no matter the size ship on long 60" rolls which are expensive to ship. We offer Free Shipping for orders over $100.
