I had an account, but it didn't recognize my email - but when I used "forgot password"... it sent it to that email and resent a password which didn't work because it still didn't recognize the email.

My package arrived damaged, tape displaced and box torn. 5 card boxes were damaged but Danco replaced the 5, plus 2, within a day or two, no questions asked. So I would rate them very responsive and quick to correct any problems. Will use again.
