I was not pleased with the tracking information for this order. All of the products were for a 94 year old friend. She told me they were "OK" but flimsy and not interested in ordering again. Thank you though for offering samples so she did not have to pay for dozens of underwear that she did not find acceptable.

I wanted to use it in my kitchen under the cabinet. It looked pretty big in the picture. Unfortunately it is way too small for even a small paper plate to fit. Over all is a great product just not for me.

The shipping was long. There was no order information inside the package. I want to return the package although I couldn't find tracking I'd anywhere inside the package. I went on your website and contacted customer service last week. Still waiting for an answer.

I am still impressed with the product I bought and am now equally impressed with the way the company quickly addressed my problem regarding the shipping cost. I got a partial refund and am very satisfied at how quickly the company dealt with my issue. Thank you. The product really works for what I expected it to do. However, my problem was in your postage and handling price. I think your website should offer choices of how we want the product delivered. When you quoted the price, I thought this would include choices for shipping, like the choices I have when I order stuff from Amazon: Fedex, priority mail, etc. etc. The price I paid for shipping and handling was more than the total amount of the product! When I saw it, I took cancelled my order but there was no acknowledgement of that email sent. By the next day, I got my product too late. I just decided to accept it and vow never to order again from your company unless you show the shipping options. I felt scammed by this.

Taste isn't so great. Recommend adding juice and serving over ice. But, it's supposed to do the job. CWI seems to have best price on a 15 pack.

It slid off my cane when I held the strap. The shaft is aluminum so I guess it won't work with it.
