First time for us to send out our videos on a USB. I will be encouraging everyone who orders in the future to go this way. 50% of my orders were for DVDs (8 per order). The rest were a pleasure to fill, the thumb drives. Much easier and a much better presentation.

Everything with the micro chip flip card and power tile went smoothly. It was the water bottles we had an issue with. They were delayed in production and delivery until the exact day I needed them. It took over a month to receive anthing. Also, we were supposed to get etched water bottles, but received printed instead. I did approve this with customer service, but just wanted to mention the change in the order. We wanted the etched, but they mentioned it took so long for the water bottles to get in that they didnt have time to etch them and fulfill our order in time.
Overall I was satisfied with the way customer service assisted me, just a little dissapointed with how long it took to receive the order.

Customer service overall was great. Disappointed to receive finished goods with files not successfully downloaded. The return and replace was handled quickly, but it was then necessary to extend deadlines on our end until replacements were received.
Anxious to hear reviews from our sales team once customers receive this marketing piece. Lots of opportunity to use customusb.com's services again with our other brands.
