I bought this to install a software and sell. I have not used or sold it as yet. However, according to my Computer Science Guru; he tells me this product meets all his needs for Product Adaptation and Product Safety & Security. For my part, I am Extremely Pleased with the Artwork. As my Software sells, I will be calling you again to Re-Order more of the Koval XL with my Plumb-EZ Artwork Installed. I am very impressed with the speed you got this to me.

I have been in contact, I called and left a message for a call back and did not receive one. I also responded to an email requesting a call back and have not received one. I paid for preloaded data and the drives arrived empty. I ask for a refund on the preloaded data and have not received word or any refund.

It looks great, but it's not a normal Pop socket. It doesn't have the typical rubber backing to "pop" in and out. It has a different mechanism all together.
