For a custom branded USB key, this was the best price. The quality was great - my program's logo came out very nice, and the USB keys arrived on the expected date.

It took some time to place the order, because there were some details that were not very clear on the website. I wanted to order keychains with my USB keys. However, there was not an option to add that to the order. One customer service rep told me by email that they were $0.50 per keychain, and I was happy to add that to my order. Then, another customer service rep called me to confirm the order, and kindly offered that he would include the keychains for free. However, when the product arrived, there were no keychains at all. This is a shame - this was unnecessarily confusing. It seems like if I had just paid for the keychains, they might have come with the order. Still, the order came right on time, and the USB keys looked fantastic. I didn't pay anything extra for the keychains, so no harm was done. Overall, I appreciate all the answers everyone gave, and this was a great product to buy for my program. I would order again!

The "Spin" is a nice "best bang for your buck" option if you don't need anything super fancy, just something that looks decent and gets the just done. The "Spin" is a practical inexpensive option for a custom product. Both times that I've ordered this product so far, my custom graphics that I've uploaded look acceptably sharp on the product; I've been very happy with both orders and will continue to order from CustomUSB in the future.

It was overall a good experience shopping at customusb.com for this type of custom product. The design tool is nice, the product arrived true to how it looked on the design tool. Overall it has been a pleasant experience both times that I've ordered from customusb.com.
