This was a last minute, quick turnaround buy but customusb delivered on time and great product quality. my only comment probably would be on the packaging itself. The white does not seem to go well - would have appreciated just a cardboard look or all black.

The custom design on the power bank felt tacky, in the sense that its surface felt as if it were a sticker that could peel off, or an ink that could rub off easily. Although I have yet to see if it is so weakly printed, it would be nice to know if there were a clear coat above the design that protected it from such things - it would be even better if the custom design was given an obvious layer of protection, like a smooth or polished surface just above its surface.

Good products with plenty of room for customization, but maybe not recommendable for creating a reasonably priced customized gift - buying in bulk is mostly necessary for a reasonable price, as customizing an item that you only plan to buy one copy of is pretty expensive; but if you plan to buy multiple copies of said item, it brings the price-per-item down to a much more affordable level.

Amazing quality but even BETTER customer service! Jason was extremyl helping and informative. I tried checking out through the website and it gave me an extended delivery time, which would have been too late for the event that I needed the items for. I emailed Jason, and he not only ensured that they would be delivered within a few weeks, but he also placed the order, followed up with shipping and tacking information, and ensured that all my other questions were answered. I really appreciate his customer service. Coming from a company that values customer service highly, Customeusb has definitely exceeded my expectations. The product itself looks BEAUTIFUL! I have not tested it due to them being a gift for our sales team members when they travel in, but it was packaged well and all of the logos look beautiful and well done. Thanks for the amazing service and product!
