I have no complaints. I believe in the past I received an email with a picture of what the sample looks like but they turned out perfect! I've purchased these several times. My only issue is I have about 5 that clients returned because they didn't work. They wouldn't work on our system either. I need to contact customer service to get them replaced. This has been my only issue and I recommend you all the time!

Our USBs arrived as described, with excellent transfer speeds. Production/shipping did take slightly longer than expected, but given pandemic related lockdowns and supply chain issues the delay was understandable.

My custom logo USBs look great, and my photography clients love them. Unfortunately, the first one out of the package did not work (flashing repeatedly, won't register on the computer) but I tested the rest and they work fine. Love that my logo illuminates when they are plugged in, too!

I found customusb.com thru a Google search and was glad to find a bulk supplier for pretty, custom logo USBs at a more affordable price than other sellers I looked at. I felt like I was taking a bit of a gamble as there weren't many photos of the product I selected (and the site photos didn't feel like an accurate representation of the item) but they turned out gorgeous, and even better than I imagined. I'll certainly be buying more in the future.
