We initially started ordering from Custom on It because it offered free shipping to Canada. That is no longer offered so it definitely make us want to look elsewhere. In addition, trying to talk to an actual person has been very frustrating and took a week of my time trying to connect only to find out the free shipping is no longer offered. However, We are every happy with the product we have received in the past.
