The proofs looked nothing at all like what I designed, so I cancelled the order. After engaging with customer service, they were able to fix everything, design a great product, and get it all sorted out. Everyone is super happy with the final product!

We received a short order of badges. I submitted a ticket and instead of expediting the missing badges they kept asking questions and we were already short on time. Ended up not having enough VIP badges for our VIP's and purchased some at a local printer.
