This custom order was a nightmare. I paid someone local to put a design together on the template provided by Custom Lanyard. If a template is provided it should include all recommended restrictions which this one did not. If a template is sent, it should be at least consulted before sending back a willy nilly design as was my experience. I needed to sign in every day over Christmas vacation give feed back to try, over and over, to get the design created for approval to match the design I sent. The "template" was useless and the designers probably not human, or if human, inept, since the feed back apparently was not consulted in the early stages. On top of that I was held hostage to pay an additional fee, one never mentioned over much, much communication back and forth. And, there were twice daily phone calls to an unmaned phone at work asking for feed back when it was made perfectly clear I was not in the office and checking their designs on my own time while on vacation. Last, the design was too lightly applied to the final product, probably in an attempt to save production cost.
