I ordered my lanyard on August 29th and the estimated shipping arrival date was September 17th. It showed up on the 12th. A pleasant surprise to be sure, but I don't feel like it takes that long for a machine to put some printing on some fabric and sew it up in a few spots. Then again, what do I know about this industry? Perhaps they're just heavily backed up with orders. Speaking of the sewing, when I opened the package and took a look at my new lanyard, there were a bunch of loose threads hanging off of the parts that were sewn. I fixed it myself by taking a lighter and melting the loose threads. An extremely easy fix, but I feel like it kind of speaks about their quality control. Does nobody inspect the products before they send them out? Snipping off and melting loose threads really isn't that much of a hassle for me, like I mentioned, but that should mean that it shouldn't be a hassle for quality control either. It's also worth noting that this company does the usual thing where they list the product for 1 cent to get people's attention, and charge the actual price in the shipping costs. This didn't fool me, I know the jig. I thought the price was fair, though. It's not like they're overcharging or anything like that, I just wish they'd take a more honorable approach to marketing their product. Not all bad news, though. I really like how they have a lot of options to customize your lanyards. For example, I chose to have a plastic disconnect buckle on the end of mine, so I can quickly detach my keys from the rest of the lanyard. Definitely a convenient option, and there's many more options than just that. They also send you a proof of concept of your lanyard before they put it into production to make sure the product turns out as you expect it to, which I find to be a good customer satisfaction insurance type thing. Just make sure you keep an eye out for the email that they send you requesting your approval for the proof, because I don't think they start production until you approve it. They also don't charge you twenty bucks for the novelty of having a custom lanyard. It was around seven bucks for the whole thing (again, the list price is a penny on Google but they charge you the actual price in the shipping) which is a good price in my eyes in order to get a personalized lanyard. Overall, I think their product is fine and you'll probably be satisfied, but I wish they were more forthcoming with the price and I have some questions about their quality control.

Please consider looking into your quality control. My lanyard had a lot of loose threads hanging off of the sewn together parts, and I had to melt them down myself with a lighter. Wasn't really an inconvenience, I just feel like it shouldn't have arrived with the sewing unfinished.
