I wasn't sure what to expect at the low cost we paid for these lanyards. When I tell you that we were blown away with the quality, holy guacamole! If you're hesitant to get these, don't be! They are incredible quality!

The material is very scratchy, especially the seams where the breakaway clasp is attached. The breakaway clasp is very difficult to pull apart and pinches fingers to reattach it.

Quality was decent. Customer service was helpful but not quite easy. Delivery was not great but also affected by weather. Overall, I think it's a solid place to purchase. Works best if you know what it is you want and understand a bit of the execution process. What pushes it to 4 stars for me was that they were willing to compromise on cost in order to deliver the product I was looking for!
