Lanyards came in earlier than expected, which is good. The process of creating the design took too long, to view the cart and then edit the design took you through a process of starting all over instead of just editing the section that you only need to edit. That was getting frustrating to continue to start all over, and to do that defaulted to some things that I did not pay attention to, but proofing it the little things you presume was ok, was not. But I proofed it and submitted it, and have to deal with it. I can't return due to the design and the time line that i needed the lanyards.

Came exactly how I wanted them. The word spacing was better then the picture showed, which I was glad for. They also came over two weeks sooner then expected delivery date!

The lanyards came out and looked amazing! I was a little disappointed in my correspondence with the producer, it took about 10 back and forths to get what I wanted, but my patience was worth it!

The process of selecting lanyards was easy, but the back and forth with the producer with a bit underwhelming. I would request changes and they would resort to a change form two changes ago and make one edit. Overall I was satisfied with the final product!!!
