We love the way these turned out. The only criticism is that the little hook at the bottom isn't very well made and my id card falls off sometimes. Would definitely purchase again!

The lanyards are wonderful. All the people in our club love them. The only problem is that your website does not allow me to re-order a larger number without having to go through the many many steps to design the lanyards all over again. I should be able to just use the previous design of my previous order and simply change the quantity from 30 to 100 without having to start from scratch with the designing.

Three problems: (1) the BandBucks discount appears automatically in my cart and that prevents me from using the SAVE10 discount which is always better. (2) You try to stick me with an extra charge to guarantee delivery and I have to carefully watch for it to remove it. (3) You make it too difficult to increase the number of lanyards I am ordering because I cannot simply repeat a previous order and change the quantity but instead would have to go through the many choices and steps to create a new order with a larger quantity.
