I am so frustrated. The customer care team is drawing out the approval process by days. Why cant you just send me everything at the time of approval? Custom Challenge Coin over promise and under deliver. Missed deadline and still can't provide when I will receive coins. Also I thought this was a US company, disappointing that plant is in China. I have called every week and have received false information to get me off the phone. The only good experience with this company was design team. However don't ever listen to when they promise to deliver. Spent a lot of money on this product and still don't have the coins.
