Also helpful to have ability to talk to someone (A REAL PERSON) about our order, what we want it to look like, and able to get answers to our questions in pretty short order.

great service had a few issues pricing wise but moved passed it and as always great product

We ordered 300 1.75" black nickel coins. The coins are perfect. The order process could be tweaked a bit. Here are my thoughts.

Pros:
--The coins came in and are ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. The artwork turned out perfect. The 3D rendering on the reverse of the coin is perfect. Only getting a photo placed in the spot for the 3D and basically just having to trust the process is scary, but it perfectly matched what I had in mind.
--The coin is one of the thicker and heavier coins I possess. I did compare them to others I have and was super impressed.
--We had like 8 revisions, some of them very complicated, to get to the final product but I am so impressed with how it turned out.
--The price was better than anyone on the market and we will be ordering all our coins from here.

Cons:
Time - The website stated 3-3.5 weeks once coins are in production to receive them. Once we were ready to place our order we were told 4-5 weeks. I was told the soonest we would have them was June 1. That would still have placed them in my hands in time for our event and I mistakenly didn't ask for rush and thought that would be a firm date. The coins actually came in exactly 6 weeks after ordering and arrived on June 9th. That was disappointing. Not a deal breaker for being a return customer, just a word of caution on your order timeline if you are in a time crunch.

General Thoughts:
Communication - So we frequently sent reference photos to our artist for the revisions to get our point across. This seemed to work well. However, when you send an email it goes to customer service and is forwarded on to the artist so if you have questions you never communicate with your artist. I understand that keeps the designer working on art instead of fielding phone calls, but it does make things a bit disjointed some times. I highly recommend sending reference sketches and photos for the most efficient communications on revisions.

Website/photos - So we ordered the black nickel as our metal. While we do love them we probably wouldn't choose that metal again. The metal selection photo on the website with all the metal choice pictures makes the black nickel look much more black than the actual product we received. When the sun hits our coin it just looks shiny silver unless right beside a silver coin. There was only 1 photo in the example coins that I could find the photo quality was off on that picture. I do wish there were better example photos of that metal so that we were a bit better informed. Again we love the coin, but that is my only regret in my choices.

Overall I highly recommend ordering and would do so again as well.

Great quality. did not expect it to be in the nice thick protector that it came in. i've had challenge coins that were just in a box loose.

Only one small mistake but was fixed quickly and I'm happy.

My designer Nicole far exceeded my expectations of my original coin design and created a product that is far superior than any other military coin I have had made in the past. This coin is Outstanding and all of my military buddies say it looks amazing!!! Thanks so very much Nicole, you are a true All-Star!!! MAJ Snyder
