I ordered balloons in 3 different colors with writing. They changed the colors to show on the balloons better. However, the red balloons the red check mark was not changed and it was not approved to print. The white balloon looked like they had changed it to navy blue which I approved, but when I received it the color was black. Not great when you're going for a red, white and blue theme. On the plus side, they came quickly and even though the printed colors are not correct, they are well printed.

I was offered two color option on my original order then told after I approved the mock up that it couldn’t be done with two colors. This was the main reason I choose your company. However your customer service was very good and they continuously tried to rectify the issue of false advertisement.

The printing is done in a flaky paint. Unfortunately, most of the balloons arrived with peeling and damaged printing. This made most of the product not useable.
