I ordered 200 custom balloons from this company. When the balloons arrived the back side print of the balloons was smeared. But the quality in itself was amazing. It was sad to see so many balloons wasted but I contacted them and they immediately replaced the balloons upon proof. Mistakes happen to everyone, and the way they addressed the situation was great. Already ordered again, waiting on my new order.

Fast shipping and included a balloon pump! However, the balloons inside the bag were a little dirty, some brown nasty residue was on many of the balloons and it really grossed me out.

Fast shipping, good quality. I was very happy with the promotion of buy 100 get 100 free, and the price was great! However, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the packed product. There was some uninviting brown residue on many of the balloons, not sure what it is or how it go there. Overall, great product and service.
