The customer service is nice. The digital proofs were great. I was super excited to order promotional items for a grand launch but dissatisfied in 2 of the 3 items ordered. The tattoos are smaller than anticipated. I felt the image could have occupied more of the negative space. At least 3 of the 100 balloons either have visibly slanted wording or the letters gradually decrease in size.
