Very beautiful clock. I did not get how small the dial is from the pictures. It is a bit difficult to read the time from some angles because of the ornaments in front. but I am keeping the clock because if looks very nice .

I love the cuckoo clock, the quality is amazing and I am so glad I chose this particular model with the extra weights.

The packaging was great and the delivery was a lot quicker to the US than I thought it would be.

The clock is absolutely superb, its authenticity and handmade uniqueness shine through. The delivery times were reasonable for an internal delivery. Should I ever decide to buy another cuckoo clock, Cuckoopalace is the only place to go.

This is the fourth cuckoo clock I have gotten from cuckoo Palace and every time delivery was very quick and the clocks arrived in perfect condition.

I trust this message finds you in good spirits. I am compelled to express my concern regarding a recent order. Regrettably, the clock I purchased arrived in a less-than-satisfactory state, with multiple damages that are hard to overlook.

Upon inspection, it's clear that the roof is precariously attached, revealing what seems to be tack nails that were mishandled or misapplied during the assembly process. This has resulted in the roof not anchoring securely to the clock's main body. Furthermore, the back left joint, a critical point for the clock's structural integrity, is visibly damaged, rendering the side panel loosely attached to the clock's rear.

It's disheartening to report that the overall craftsmanship, especially considering the wood housing, does not reflect the quality one would expect from an item valued at over $600.00. Given the premium price and the current condition of the clock, it appears I paid more for aggressively targeted internet marketing algorithms than the quality of the clock I was promised.
