We had our sign customized to different sizes and the customer service was excellent. They worked with us and sent us pictures of what the sign looked like to make sure what we were going to receive is what we wanted. We have never dealt with an online company that had this type of Customer service. Great work! Will be a returning customer.

I did receive this floor sign on time and it was exactly as described. I guess the only suggestion I would have to anyone purchasing one of these, is to seal the floor sign with some sort of protected coating. Ours got wet, and after a while it started to wear.

I received the floor frame relatively quickly, within 3 business days. I wish the floor frame was a bit bigger. Next time, I think I would see if they can make it bigger. However, they did list the dimensions on their site.

Bought this printer for 5S labeling in our new building. Received it at about 11 a.m. Set it up and used it by 11:30. Prints very clearly and my labels were exactly the size I asked for...We have spent a lot of money on labeling in the past, I anticipate cost savings with this printer.

This floor sign worked as stated. Wish the lettering was a bit bigger but that's not your fault. Next time I would order a bigger size.
