After receiving the goods and opening them, I found that they were damaged. I took photos and sent them to customer service, who said they would respond within 1 day. However, I had to wait 5 days for an email response. I requested a replacement, but CPR said they would only offer a refund because a replacement would take 24 weeks. However, CPR's website still allows normal ordering. If CPR doesn't want to accept returns, they should just say so directly. There's no need to waste everyone's time.

Everything was good but I received an email quite a few days after I ordered an AED. It said it's been on back order since March (not sure why it took so long to email me after I ordered it). You should've adjusted your website to reflect that, but when you sent me an email it did have a suggested replacement. Then, when I called to get the replacement, the person said it was in stock, but it took quite a few days before you shipped it. I thought I would get an AED a week ago and I still don't have one. Overall, a few of days here a few days there of doing nothing, when if my order would have been attended to, I think I could've easily had one sitting in front of me by now.

Our order did not arrive after a month. When reaching out, we found out the product was back ordered for 8 months. It took US reaching out to find that out rather than it being communicated after purchase. We have since requested a refund to get our product somewhere else.

Absolute worst buying experience ever! I ordered the CPR mannikins that said they were in stock according to the website that were actually not. After about 2 days I called due to them not being shipped when their website says products will be shipped with 24-48hrs and that's when I found out they weren't going to be shipped for another 2 weeks. They gave me the run around so I cancelled the entire order. Was told I'd get an email with the cancelation confirmation never got that until I told them to send it before we hung up. A month later I finally received my refund. Ordered the items through Bound Tree abs received it in TWO DAYS!

I turned your company in for fraud with American Express. Our card was charged, nothing shipped. We email for status and was told (only once we asked) that more information was needed like a copy of our card, etc. if fraud prevention is your true goal you would not have charged the card until you had verification.
AND we were never contacted for these so called prevention tactics until we asked where the shipment was... weeks after you charged our card.
If you truly are a legit company and supplier, you seriously need to rethink your procedures. Will let everyone i know in the business to stay away.

Order placed 4/29/23. Having received no updates other than seeing CC charge called 5/8/23 was told delivery likely July. Would seem appropriate to have been given notice of unknown ship date.
