Extra foam pad compressed my sinuses, so it actually caused more breathing issues. Mask base should have been redesigned before adding foam interface. Good idea. Bad execution.

Hi Brett, thank you for the feedback on this product. If you like this mask but not the memory foam, you can switch the cushion with an AirFit F20 cushion. It does not use memory foam.

I used the Sleep Advisor prior to buying and was told I'd have to go with a size large mask, and that is too big and I can't use it. I'm still paying using the multi payments for a product I can't use. I had tried using it and the mask was just too big to stay in place and I had to go find my old mask so I could get some sleep that night. I don't have much spare time to call customer service as I'm usually working 6am to 6pm or later most nights. (work as a police officer)

I made a mistake in my order and immediately phone and left a message to correct before it was shipped. I missed the customer service returned call, so it was shipped. She made sure I received my replacement quickly. I received replacement the the day after I got my incorrect mask, and return it was easy. Customer service across the board has gone down hill since Covid, but not with your company. She was so polite and helpful. I know I will always choose CPAPNATION!!!!!!
