I was told I could not get my money back because I opened the box and I'm. not happy about that. I opened the box to see what it was. Not sure how I would have known it wasn't what I wanted without opening it. I will use my credit but won't purchase anything else from you.

Unable to find replacement filter anywhere so the new machine is useless after 5months yet this site continues to offer the machine.
