Very happy with this travel cpap. Had a Z1 before and this one is quieter and the power unit is smaller.

This is such a nice small machine and since I'm currently using a ResMed Air Sense 10 Response at home and am very pleased with it and had no issues getting used to it right away, my expectations were high for this being a good machine for my frequent travel. But I am super disappointed with it. It is so loud that I can't use without getting a headache from the noise. And there is no way I would subject another person to it in a shared space. Do not purchase this machine unless you can sleep with Darth Vader breathing in you ear all night long.

This machine is very loud and I think the description should warn people of that it's highly portable machine is much louder so that they can make an educated purchase. It's a great size for travel and I was expecting the noise levels to be similar to my other ResMed machine, but it is a great deal louder and is causing headaches.

After lugging around a significantly larger machine for years I finally found the mini. So easy to put in my carryon bag and just as quiet and effective as my larger machine. It’s also nice to know that there’s a backup plan for me if my home machine isn’t working. It should come with a hard case for the price.

I’m finally traveling again and so I wanted a travel size cpap- my doctor wrote a Rx for the ResMed Air Mini (kick-back much?) because I use,and am happy with my ResMed AirSense. This mini has a proprietary in line humidifier chamber with a proprietary filler -so it costs$$ to use. But the biggest bite is how freaking loud it is.

Cuts the room needed by 75% or more plus don't need water. It is a little louder with n30 pillows but I always use white noise.

So much better than traveling with a full size machine. Fits easily in my work backpack-briefcase. Much louder than my at-home machine, but my wife does not travel with me for work and not loud enough to keep me awake. Found the expensive "humidifier" filters to be of limited use and the large wall wart for the power cord does not fit well in the business class outlet for international flights. Internal air filter gets dirty quickly - make sure you have extras on hand. Software does not integrate with the at-home unit, so make sure to share same with your doctor Overall: not a replacement for my home unit, but a vast improvement for travel. Very expensive but am extremely happy with the purchase

I received the AirMini promptly, but I can’t use it since no hose was included. If I should have ordered a hose, I was unaware. I assumed it was part of the purchase. Disappointed
