I received an item I did not order.. I call customer service and they took care of it right away. I received my order and a return package slip.

This is the 2nd time the nose pillow broke loose from headgear. Will probably get a different one. Its comfortable when it works though.

I always used to P10 which is silent and comfortable. For some reason, they switched me with the new machine to the P30, which is far from quiet and very uncomfortable. I had to discard it and switch back to the other pillow. If you are like me, and easily disturbed by noise when falling alseep, then I would not recommend this product.

If it doesn't come with headgear, edit that out of the picture. I fully expected one to be included otherwise I would have bought 2 instead of only 1.

Hi David, sorry for any confusion! We try to make it as clear as possible that a mask kit is just the frame and the cushion and the headgear is an optional add-on. We include it in the picture so people see the full kit with the headgear. Thank you for reaching out and please let us know if you need anything else!

When I bought the replacement face mask, I expected headgear to be included JUST LIKE IT SHOWED IN THE PICTURE. At best, that is laziness editing the out of the picture. At worst, it is deceptive and misleading advertising. Had I known, I would have bought 2 headgear instead of only 1.

As indicated by the picture with this item one would expect to get the blue head band. There was no head band. Your marketing is deceptive and will make me triple guess if I should ever order any of your other products in the future. It really isn't hard to represent the product you are selling so that it is clear to the buyer what is included and what is not. When buying a product on line based on a picture one expects to get what is in the picture when placing the order. I am very disappointed in your deception.

We try to make it as clear as possible on the product page that a mask kit is just the frame and cushion and the headgear needs to be added separate. The photos are meant to show the mask in pieces representing that you can make your own kit. We will work on making this more clear going forward. Thank you for your feedback.

The photo of the product I bought showed a head band. The product did not come with the head band. I no longer have confidence in this vendor to represent the products they are selling honestly. Their marketing is deceptive.

I ordered what I thought was a complete unit (N30i). I received SKU 63806 which isn't even listed on this item's page. All four images show pillows attached. Pillows are listed as being included. Three of four images show headgear attached. No headgear is included. Chatting with "Hillary" was unhelpful as "Hillary" disappeared - asked for an order number then was never heard from again. STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING CPAPNATION.
