CozyWinters is a family owned business that was born out of the founder's necessity to stay warm, and eventually led us to help create many of the products in our niche. We started, as we intend to continue on... Everything we've ever done, and will ever do, relies on listening to our customers and trying to exceed their expectations. Today we source or design our products specifically for our customers needs. Suppliers love us because we design products to our customer's specs, helping them to create products people love. Instead of pitching customers something that they might not need, we go to great lengths to anticipate our customer's needs, and listen to their requests and desires, in order to bring that next product to market. In fact, many of the products in our niche that you see on the Internet today we were instrumental in helping design and bring them to market. We try hard to give our customers what they need and make sure that they are satisfied and keep coming back. Its old-fashioned service, we treat our customers how we'd like to be treated.

This was a gift for my dad, so I haven't seen it in person but he seems very happy with it so far. It was also delivered very quickly to my parent's house which is a very tiny town in WV that we sometimes have problems with deliveries because their address looks odd but no problems this time.

The product was delivered very quickly with no problems to a location that we have had issues getting things delivered to in the past. No problems at all with ordering and shipping, and so far my dad is very happy with his seat warmer for his car.

Having slipped and fallen almost 10 years ago on black ice and suffering the physical consequences to this day (and still living in Minnesota of all places), I will use these little babies every time it is slippery out. They really bite into the ice and snow and won't "let you down"!!!

Just diagnosed with Raynauds and having trouble keeping the integrity of my fingertips. This hand warmer is a blessing. Love the features. The fanny belt allows it to be always available for quick hand checks and warmth. The low setting is perfect when a little heat is needed. I love the way the buttons work. I also found the light was great when walking up the stairs in the dark.

I received my package one day before the earliest predicted day of delivery, just in time to take on my two week excursion. I do not know what I would have done without the hand warmer. So glad you had such fast service.

These are the best. Cleats are replaceable and the traction on ice is great. These will be used many times---it gets icy here.

I live on a boat with wooden docks and ramps, when it gets frosty I needed a safe way to get home early morns. without sliding into the water this is it. Fits over work boots very well and easily. Highly recommend for anyone in the same situation. Safety first.

just got it! we haven't had a chance to hang it up yet, but it looks awesome. We just moved and have a little less storage, so this is an indoor solution for a fun way to store our skis. I ordered the smalled sized ski example. And I might be wrong, but I think it actually came with 5 hooks, not 4 as they advertised, so no complaints there!
