First battery lasted just over a year. Believe it maybe a wire and not the battery. But you can’t fix it .

They fit the gloves but there is no on-off switch nor any way to control how much heat they generate.

One of the power packs is incredibly difficult to disconnect to the charger and then again from the glove. The other is fine. As far as how happy I am, I still don't know because after calling customer service, I discovered I would have to charge them several times independently and then drain them to renew the memory to hold a charge. Once that process completes, I hope to be happy except for having to pry the connections apart with a butterknife to separate the ends to re-charge.

Customer service has been very polite and helpful. I am not happier with my purchase because of the ordeal I'm going through to try to re-charge them.

I cannot tell if batteries are defective or not. Bought new batteries as old batteries on one Zanier ski glove appeared to be not working. Replaced with new batteries and still have same problem of glove light not turning on or going on for a few seconds and then turning off.

I bought the Zanier Men's GTX heated ski gloves from your company. It appeared that I needed new batteries as one glove would go on for about 10 seconds and then go off. Buying the new batteries I thought would solve the problem. WRONG. Now I have invested $450 in a pair of ski gloves that don't work. It is more upsetting that my wife's older Zanier mittens still are working properly. COZY WINTERS, WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM??? Best thing would be to replace my defective gloves.
