Seems like a good product, since my rug heater is working great. The only problem is that the dimensions were not quite large enough to allow for an inch of border all the way around the unit. The length was fine. Width is a bit short of the mark.

I'm very happy with my purchase. It works exactly as promised and has made a huge difference in my home which is on a slab. It was delivered quickly and the instructions were very clear. I did not, however, receive an email to let me know when it had shipped, although I was able to track it on the website.

Tried the RugHeat without the non skid pad but it is necessary for the heating pad to work and stops the slipping of mat from under the rug

As any consumer I tried the RugHeat without the suggested non skid pad under the RugHeat. I had trouble getting heat. Purchased the pad and all is good.

Well worth it, didn't have to cut it down at all because I ordered a new runner rug just an inch or two larger for on top of everything, great instructions. We're definitely going to outfit more rooms with this system. It is no where near the cost of retrofitting 'this ol' house' with radiant floor heating.

A little tricky to install, but only because it's very "sticky" - which is a good thing! Our rug heater hasn't budged on our laminate flooring thanks to the non-slip pad. It gives our rug a little more cushion too!

Our kitchen gets very chilly during the winter months. A combination of tile floors and one small heating vent are the reasons. Following a discussion with family about radiant heat floors, it dawned on me to look for under rug heat pads. Fortunately, my search took me to CozyWinters. The order arrived promptly and everything was in perfect condition. Installation was a breeze and once in operation, made the carpet a favorite spot for people and pets. Our kitchen is much more comfortable now. I'd like to suggest a couple of edits to the instructions. First of all, it is unclear if the mat with its built-in GFCI needs to be plugged into a GFCI outlet. To be safe I plugged it into a GFCI outlet. In fairness to CozyWinters, I did not contact them for clarification as that outlet was the best for my application. Second, there are no instructions on turning the mat on and off. You can press Test on the built-in GFCI and turn it off but I don't know how that may impact the device. Again, this wasn't much of an issue as I am using a WiFi socket to control it by Alexa and my phone. You'll like the product's performance and quality, we do.
