In fact, many of the products in our niche that you see on the Internet today we were instrumental in helping design and bring them to market. We try hard to give our customers what they need and make sure that they are satisfied and keep coming back. Its old-fashioned service, we treat our customers how we'd like to be treated.

Have been using these batteries for years. The new ones are slightly updated, in that they have better control of heat levels. I wish they hadn't changed the top as it is a little harder to plug my glove wires in now, but they still work great.

As of this writing I have not used this item as of yet. I was impressed that it is much bigger then the original battery. I have charge up and will be useing it in the near future. I am looking forward to using it, if it works as good as the original battery I will be more then satisfied.

I was very happy to be able to find that the company was still in operation and I was able to purchase a new battery. The service I received was first class and the battery seems to be more impressive compared to the original one, I hope it works as well as the original one. I've had this Thermal Vest for quite a number of years now and it works very well.
