Instead of pitching customers something that they might not need, we go to great lengths to anticipate our customer's needs, and listen to their requests and desires, in order to bring that next product to market. In fact, many of the products in our niche that you see on the Internet today we were instrumental in helping design and bring them to market. We try hard to give our customers what they need and make sure that they are satisfied and keep coming back. Its old-fashioned service, we treat our customers how we'd like to be treated.

Best thing I ever did for myself to protect my hands against the cold when biking in the winter. Easy to use button control on the glove, and still retain a good grip on the handles with enough flexibility in the fingers to work the brake levers, the gear shifter, and the electronic control buttons and throttle for the electronic mid-drive motor installed on my fat tired eBike!

The gloves and warming feature worked as advertised. I was out in the elements for a few hours removing snow that had fallen here in the East. My hands and fingers stayed warm throughout the process. I like the fit because they are not bulky at the base. It is best to start out on the highest setting when you first go out and make adjustments later depending on the temperature.
