I like your site, but I wish that the boning information included more information comparing the different options. I'm new to this and I struggled back and forth about whether to buy the German Plastic Boning or the reed boning. I'm making a Tudor dress and need the boning both for bodices and for the farthingale. What sold me was that the German can be cut by sturdy scissors and then filed to a rounded edge. That was so helpful. But there wasn't information like that for the other boning and I saw that reed boning came in a few different edges, some rounded some not but there wasn't information as to why. And maybe I'm supposed to know that given what I'm trying to making but it's just an observation that I wish there was more information.
