We ordered pins (a month before we needed them) and were told they would be delivered the week we were leaving for Cooperstown. Less than 5 days before the pins were to be delivered, we were told they would not be ready in time and wouldn't be ready until the Tuesday of the week we were actually in Cooperstown. They did offer to resolve the issue by ordering quick pins- without the dye cut enamel, extra add ons promos. We were told the pins were higher cost because they were produced in the US vs. China, however, the replacement pins would have cost us hundreds of dollars less if we had originally ordered them though the site. They refused to give us any refund of our money, stating the additional cost to them, but we had no choice at that time but to take their offer of a straight exchange. We were disappointed that our parents had to pay a premium for a lower cost product with less bells and whistles but we had no choice. We would not use this company again, as they promised the pins we ordered would be delivered in time and the production delay was on their end. The only choice we had was to take what they offered or get a refund. At that time they told us of the delay, we were a week away from Cooperstown and did not want our kids to go up there with no pins. They should have given us a partial refund on our order.

While we try to meet every order deadline, there are times where there are production delays that are out of our control. While this is not a common issue, we are sorry that this happened to your order. When we were made aware of the issue we went over options with you. At that time, we discussed that the only possible options were to continue with the order and have it arrive late or switch to another pin style that would arrive on 6/7 so the kids could have pins. The Quick Pin style does generally cost a bit more than the Soft Enamel pins due to the quick turnaround. The Quick Pins will not have upgrades (bells and whistles) due to the fact that they have to be produced quickly. We did waive the additional cost of $777 because of the delay. We see that they were delivered by 6/7, as promised.
Again we are sorry for the initial delay with your pins, but we are glad that we could get an alternate solution to ensure the kids had pins for their tournament.
We do take issues like this very seriously and have shared your feedback with our entire team.

I had only one question not answered, on the proof it said spray Black finish - I just asked what this was and it wasn't answered. I'm assuming this is the back of the pin but it's not clear to me since I've never ordered before. Thank you!
