After only two weeks, the breaker tripped our electricity (not its own breaker) and the water shocked me every time I put my hand in the water. I called Comstrom and they couldn't take a complaint over the phone! said I had to email. So I did on Monday and no one has called me or emailed me back. Are you planning on keeping my money?

We were glad to find the product we ordered. It was fragile but well packaged for shipment.

Email confirming items in cart made it easy to be directed to Comstrom & make my orderdelivery time was really slow. Happy with items when I did finally receive them.

I ordered more than 3 weeks ago, No news. I am ok to wait if I get info, I do get too many ads from you, that does come my way. I'd rather hear about my delivery.

I ordered a loft bed that was wrapped in WAY too much styrofoam. I'll be sweeping that up for weeks. The pieces were not labelled and the hardware was all in one giant bag rather than seperated into small compartments by kind. The instructions weren't very clear and I put several pieces on backwards. The bed is nice, but the process is a huge hassle.

Update: responded, confirmed that the price match would happen, still waiting after following up multiple times. Very disappointed in their customer service.


Original: Unresponsive to an email you say you respond to about a price match, offered expedited shipping for something they can't full and impossible to get in touch with customer service.

Called and was on hold for over 5 minutes each time then call disconnected. Couldn't get answers to questions about product

I sent an email a couple weeks back trying to see if they put the discount offer through on this can you check for me

I have had difficulty finding replacement filters that fit our particular hot tub so I reached out to customer service. Response time could have been better and also the response itself.
