I'm not a fan of how your site works, it's more complicated than it needs to be to find what you're looking for. Also disappointed with the black velvet comforter my so got from you. It arrived with holes in the seams and a few small bare spots in the velvet. He paid a small fortune for that set and although it appeared to be amazing at first sight, it's far from it. In addition to that it doesn't wash well at all. Washing per the instructions and it came out with much of the velvet melted. That happened with frequently removing it from the dryer while drying it on low, in an effort to avoid anything like a small melted spot. Sadly, much of the comforter ended up melted and matted. Not to the extent that there were numerous holes in the material, he got lucky with one small hole melted through to the stuffing. That's in addition to a significant amount of the velvet itself melted to itself. Luckily I had the idea to use both a metal and another rubber lint brush, it helped it not to look so disgusting after its first bath. That did help revive the velvet enough that touching it didn't feel absolutely disgusting. And appear okay enough to keep on his bed. As far as the two queen UB-Jealy sets we have. I prefer them to the velvet. They lost their plushness as far as the fluffiness goes after a month or so. I'm not terrified to wash and dry them as I am the velvet set. The UB-Jealy I don't need to park myself next to the dryer all day to repeatedly pull it out to flip it again and again in an effort to dodge significant damage by way of melting them when wash according to the instructions. I definitely wouldn't leave anything in the dryer on high, these are too expensive to take that risk. Low and slow wins the game with these. The It's a Tiger Lion in light green, totally disappointing. It's not cozy at all. The fur was rough and gross feeling. It was incredibly heavy, which would be amazing for a power outage in the middle of a blizzard in sub zero temperatures. That and it was just ugly. Though I wasn't stoked on the design, I thought if it felt as luxurious and amazing as other cons inducer products, I could totally get past the way it looks. This one I gave away less than ten minutes after opening the box it arrived in. That's just me tho, maybe someone else might like it and think it's amazing. Last but not least I ordered my son a UB-Jealy set in twin XL to send him off to college with. Received an email asking me to confirm whether I received this set, accidentally selecting the incorrect link while scrolling through the email. Unable to figure out how to rectify that, so I'm continuing through the process of reviewing a product I've yet to receive. Fingers crossed the mail carrier accidentally marked it as delivered, otherwise this is really going to suck. Next step, try once again to figure out how to contact customer service.
