This was gorgeous when I received it and really soft. The problem with it is it caused excess sneezing so it had to be washed. I put it on low in the dryer but it is now matted in places and looks cheap even though it wasn't. Now it looks so bad and unappealing.

I rated this a 2☆ but once posted it said a 3☆ which was not my rating. It's matted and looks cheap after washing so now I'm stuck with a expensive but cheap looking comforter so I would not rate this a 3☆.

I had to wash it because it caused alot of sneezing. After dry it on low it has areas that matted up and now doesn't look good and for the price it shouldn't have done this! Other wise is cozy but I am disappointed in how it looks now.

Bought this for my daughter's birthday. She took of to her room with it and I don't know if I'll ever see her again. (She's quite pleased)

I don't know why some folks were complaining about your web page. Navigation was simple and straight forward. The grizzly bear comforter was everything I hoped it would be, shaggy on the top side, smooth and comfortable on the under, very soft the whole way around. You won't find something like this in a store.

Image is nicer than the real deal. Looks like a wet dog upon arrival. I do like that it’s oversized..or actually fits a king sized bed though. Very comfortable but may need to take to the groomer lol

When I filled out my survey I inputted a 4 star but noticed it went on as a 5 star, which that is not what I put as a rating and shouldn't be changed by anyone!

Absolutely love it, very large/oversized as described. Its nice and heavy, cozy, warm/hot! The inside is so soft to the touch and can even feel the softness through the sheets! The only reason I will not do a 5 star is... I do feel that the shams should be included and not sold separately. Wish there was a way to get a pair at a lower price then I've seen. But overall this is an outstanding product, only thing I haven't done yet is wash it so hopefully that will not be another story but I'm thinking it should be just fine but will let you know if not! Thank you so much!
