The comforter is nice and plush, but it is not symmetrical or pleasing to the eyes on the bed. If you advertise your comforter as being oversized, then there should be as much length on the bottom as it is on the sides. It looks odd to me, when I have 62” to distribute widthwise and only 14” to distribute lengthwise. Whoever does their photos advertising the comforters online knows this. The comforters look truly oversized and symmetrical to the eyes online, but in person a serious letdown and disappointment. I have several of their comforters and have resorted to switching up the placement of the comforters on my bed. I have severely limited myself to only purchasing comforters that allow me to do so. Flat sheets know the extra length is necessary for tucking. A flat sheet is longer than this comforter. Please fix this!

The UI of the website is not easy to use. It makes it difficult to filter what you are looking for if you don't already know what you want. It would be nice that if you are filtering for certain sizes, the out of stock ones didn't pull up also. Delivery time was on par or a bit sooner than expected. The tag on the blankets is big and noisy if you leave it on. But I love how big and cozy the blankets are. The pillow cases are a little large for normal sized pillows.

Amazing quality products and easy to use site and return policy! Bought the chunky bunny and it was a little too thick/heavy for where we live so returning it and purchasing a lighter comforter but I'll miss this one, it's the softest thing I've ever felt! Definitely will be purchasing all my comforters from here forever.

I am someone who is addicted to soft things. I am very particular and so it was hard for me to have faith and order something like this without feeling it first. I can tell you that it FEELS incredible. The one side is very soft with a jersey feel to it and the other side that looks like velour is heavenly. I run my hands on it all the time when I first get into bed. The overall weight is pretty light (which is good because I live in Florida) but it keeps me cozy and snuggly warm. It's also much larger than other blankets I've bought. Easily 6" wider which is nice. Highly recommend.

The product seems great. The website was hard to navigate. Had to click on a dozen different links to get an idea of what was offered. Needs better searchable features. Should be able to restrict choices to the size or color or weight or feel. Would make it easier.

It is the softest comforter that I've ever touched. It isn't as warm as our previous comforter, but I just added an extra blanket on the bed. The softness of the comforter makes up for the rest of it!

Comforter is very soft, and my son loved it. We did have to return to get a queen size. His bed only has a 5 inch box springs on his platform bed so the king size was all the way to the floor.
