Shipping on paper and smaller products could be cheaper. I had to spend $22 on shipping for $100 finishing sheets... it was almost as much as the product. C'mon

Price could be lower. Especially when we’ve had nothing short of Printer Errors from day one. Not much room for error. I’m grateful that we replaced the printer and now we’re on to another issue, now we get red dots from a bad cartridge in the New printer. They sent us a new lower cartridge but the printer doesn’t recognize the new lower cartridge. Still waiting for a resolution response.

Price should be cheaper to account for errors. Our original printer was nothing but issues and we went through almost 2 boxes of the A+B paper at $550 ea for 100 Sheets is a drastic cost to a small business. Our new Printer still has some minor issues such as one of the toner cartridges is leaving red dots from a bad roller. Received a new lower cartridge and the printer doesn't recognize it and errors out. Waiting for a response on a resolution of this issue. Wish Support responded on weekends as this is when most of our issues are found.

Cost is a bit extreme especially when first starting out. A lot of wasted prints when just trying to get the right colors to print correctly.

Support helped us out with some settings but they missed that our under white wasn't even printing so we went down a rabbit hole and wasted a lot of sheets until we found the underprint wasn't even enabled. Ugh.

The EZ peel works great. I do have to extend the heating time about 5 minutes, but then it peels well. Great product.
