I have had many experiences and they have been great. There is only one minor issue with the last purchase-the USMC flag has a slight fine string from one corner that is only visible to us a certain times when the flag is flapping in the wind. It does not appear to be a major issue because it has not changed in size since we hung the flag shortly after our purchase in February.

And pole on a Thursday night. Also cancelled my order the same nite via email. I was afraid the flag was too big. Still received the flag anyway. When i returned it they could not find my email canceling the order and told me I had to pay shipping for the return. Even though I cancelled the order. It cost me $50 to return the thing. I will NEVER order from Collins flags again

My overall experience with collins flags was very good. I was notified immediately that the flags were on back order because of supply chain issues. Called about the status of thin blue line flag and was informed that they were in stock. Those flags were shipped out immediately.

Ordered 4 flags total. I received a confirmation but 2 were not available so the whole order was held up. There was no notification that my order would not ship. I called a week later and asked about my order and was then told of the backorder. The 2 in stock flags then shipped but I still have not received the others.
